Telhio has developed a partnership with Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) of Columbus to offers financial and credit counseling for our members.

Who is CCCS?
CCCS is a non-profit organization offering credit counseling by certified counselors to help members solve their financial problems and avoid future difficulties. There are over 30 CCCS offices throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. For more information, check out their website at www.cccservices.com.

What services are available?
Creditors nationally cooperate with CCCS through their Debt Management Plan to help consumers repay their debts. And, CCCS SERVICES ARE ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL.

How will this help Telhio Members?
The first comprehensive money management session is free. Please contact a CCCS counselor for complete details on the programs available. Visiting with a counselor can help those members who may have trouble:

• establishing or keeping within a monthly budget
• using credit cards to buy items they used to buy with cash
• having little or no savings plan are at or nearing the limit on all of their credit cards
• making the minimum payments on their credit cards
• financial if they immediately if they lost their job
• considering filing for bankruptcy
