Description of the Options & Buttons

After signing on to the system you will see a bar of options that read from left to right on the top of the screen.

Accounts... Deposit... Transfer... Transfer to other... Check to Self... Pay Bills... Statement... Loans... More... Goodbye. And you may choose "Help" at any time.

You may select any of the options at any time as this bar of options appears at the top of each page in the home banking program.

Accounts - This selection allows you to view a detailed statement of your accounts for a specific time period within the recent past (for further history, click on "Statement"), associated with your member number. The automatic default is to view all accounts; however you may select to view just the loan accounts or just the share accounts. (i.e., Share Savings (S1), Interest-bearing Checking (S8), Mortgage (S47), Loans (L1), etc.)

Beside each account type is the option to "View More." When selecting this function you can view more detailed information on the account. For example, within Share Savings or Interest-bearing Checking, you are can see the transactions that have posted to your account, both electronically and over-the-counter. Within the option for Interest-bearing Checking, you may select to "Download" the data to another software program, view only the cleared checks or order a copy of a cleared check.

Remember when you order a copy of a cleared check, a nominal fee will be deducted from your account. Refer to "About Us: Fee Schedule."

Deposit - This option shows the detail of all Direct Deposits to your account. You may select "Show Details" and find out to which account the deposit posted.

Transfer - Transfer among your accounts using this option. It differs from the "Transfer to other" as all accounts related to your "sign-on" account will be listed on the screen. By pointing and clicking you can easily select the account that is to receive the amount of the transfer. With this option you may "Cancel," refer to the "Previous" page, or "Next."

After selecting the account to receive the funds, click onto "Next" and then enter the amount of the transfer. Upon selecting "Next" you will have an option to "Finish" the transaction and authorize the accuracy by inserting your PIN number. A verification screen appears, which may be printed for your records. Select "OK" to complete the transaction and move on to the next option.

Transfer to other - This option works similar to "Transfer" except here you have the ability to transfer to any member account number. Many members find this to be a great way to transfer funds from their accounts to their children's or spouse's account. To transfer funds, you must enter the account type, i.e., S1, S8, etc., and enter your PIN to authorize the accuracy of the transaction.

Check to Self - If you want to withdraw funds you may send a check to your home address. You will again be required to enter your PIN to authorize the accuracy of your selection.

Remember when you request a check to self, a nominal fee will be deducted from your account. Refer to "About Us: Fee Schedule."

Statement - Under the "Statement" option you may select to view your monthly satement using Adobe Reader (Click here to download this free software.).

Loans - Apply for a loan on-line and be assured that your information is being transmitted through a secure line. You will receive a response within 60-seconds of application. You may contact the Sales and Service Center at 614-221-3233 option 3 for follow up.

More - With this option you may obtain Tax Info, Stop Payment, Reorder Checks, Change Password or Change "personal address or telephone" Information. With any of these selections you will proceed through the screen prompts as you have done previously.

Remember when you request a stop payment, a nominal fee will be deducted from your account. Refer to "About Us: Fee Schedule." Also, there are specific fees for each check order, which will be deducted from your account. Telhio is not responsible for checks ordered on-line by the member, which are delivered incorrect due to the information provided by the member.
