Important Bill Pay Notice

In addition to our upcoming Online Banking upgrade, Telhio will also be switching Bill Pay providers. The new provider, Checkfree, is one of the largest providers in the U.S.  For our members, this means more bills delivered electronically for your convenience!

Here's what you need to know regarding this change:

  • You will not need to re-load payees, as they will be transferred for you.

  • You will need to re-load electronic billing statements (e-bills) only. You will have access to 12 months of your Bill Pay history from the old system.

  • Bill Pay will shut down beginning Monday, July 25th at 3:30 PM to prepare for its move to the new Online Banking system. Bill Pay will become available again on July 27th via the new Online Banking system.
