Information About Your Stimulus Payment

Here's What You Need to know:
  • Telhio members are expected to begin receiving direct deposit stimulus payments beginning April 15, 2020. Most people don't need to do anything to receive their stimulus, including those who receive Social Security payments.
  • It is recommended that you DO NOT call the IRS for information on your stimulus payment.
  • Instead, use the IRS website to check the status of your payment and get additional information on Coronavirus relief.
  • If the IRS doesn't have your direct deposit information from your 2019 or 2018 tax returns and has not issued your payment, you can enter your bank account information online. Have your Telhio account number and routing number handy. (Remember, your member number is no longer your account number).
