Update About Recent Computer System & Website Security Issues


Recent media reports have indicated concerns regarding security of certain websites and Microsoft operating system Windows XP. Below is important information for our members about these two concerns:

HEARTBLEED BUG: Telhio is confident that our online and mobile banking members have not been impacted by the Heartbleed Bug. However, members who use TurboTax, Facebook and other websites should review the list available here to determine if they need to change their passwords for security purposes.  

WINDOWS XP: If you are still using Windows XP operating system on your computer, you can continue to access your Telhio accounts and website. However, you should refer to Microsoft's website for important information about operating system support.
