Hello Telhio clients and future clients, if you read my previous review I was not at all happy. However I want to retract and give a huge shout out to Roman a manager at this location. He took the time to call and check on me and provide feedback to my experience. I can honestly say that I have never had a credit union care enough to reach out about my experience. This location in particular has proved to be professional, caring and honest. If you are looking for a credit union that really cares, Telhio Berwick branch is definitely the way to go. My only feedback is more app and online accessibility.
