Cherish was very helpful! We looked at my credit report together, talked about saving and my financial history! She is very relatable and helpful! Hello Telhio clients and future clients, if you read my previous review I was not at all happy. However I want to retract and give a huge shout out to Roman a manager at this location. He took the time to call and check on me and provide feedback to my experience. I can honestly say that I have never had a credit union care enough to reach out about my experience. This location in particular has proved to be professional, caring and honest. If you are looking for a credit union that really cares, Telhio Berwick branch is definitely the way to go. My only feedback is more app and online accessibility.
