I've been visiting this branch for over a year now and I'm never disappointed! The employees and customer service are always exceptional. Yesterday, I went in to make a cash deposit and Mr. Cook did a great job of helping me. Some of my bills were crinkled, disorganized, and weren't being read...
I've been visiting this branch for over a year now and I'm never disappointed! The employees and customer service are always exceptional. Yesterday, I went in to make a cash deposit and Mr. Cook did a great job of helping me. Some of my bills were crinkled, disorganized, and weren't being read by the counting machine. However, Mr. Cook organized each bill, straitened them out, and was transparent by counting them in front of me. I really appreciated his help and our small talk!

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes, but when we worked with Mario at Broad St location, we forgot inconvenience. He is truly an asset to Telhio. Answered all of our concerns, fixed a discrepancy in our personal records and was so knowledgeable. We left with info for which we came, also with his...

My experience with Marie Kanaute was a 10 at the Blacklick location. She worked with me on two different occasions on an issue I had with remote banking. She had to jump through a number of hoops and two days to resolve my on line issues and made sure I was able to get logged in and running....

We have used Telhio for years, and prefer to use them for all financial needs. Service has always been top notch but recently, we had exceptional service from Trenda Scott at the Blacklick location. She went above and beyond to help us out, and even followed up to make sure everything was resolved!

Telhio has excellent customer service. I was in need of funds to get myself home to Florida when I found out my debit card was used fraudulently. My FAIRWINDS told me where to go and seek assistance. Trenda and Mario Martelino did not give up until I walked out of the bank with the funds I requested to be able to return home. If everyone cared the way these two worked with me, and took the time to resolve my situation, the world would benefit. Kudos to both of you!!
