Our Call to Action: Telhio in the Community

Building community engagement is not instantaneous. In fact, we've been doing it for 90 years! It's driven by a culture of empowerment and support for our employees, who in turn develop positive exchanges with the community. Telhio is guided by our three core values: caring, commitment, and integrity, which remain at the center of everything we do. For more than 90 years, Telhio has been embedded across central and southwest Ohio, embracing conversations and reinforcing connections that bolster our member-focused vision.

We work hard to deliver exceptional financial services, but we work even harder to build bonds that last. This intent originated from our roots as a credit union for the local telephone company over nine decades ago and continues to this day.

Conversations, with our members and our community, is truly the catalyst for change. We've been fortunate to connect with people and organizations that enrich our local communities. We've partnered with our friends at Ronald McDonald House at the Ohio State Fair and with Anthony Rothman at Hockey & Hounds, who connected us with a way to support animal adoption and advocacy. We've come to know incredible people and hear inspiring stories of hope, ambition, and perseverance. Our support of The Family, Adolescent and Child Community Engagement Service (FACCES) underscores our priority of financial accessibility for all. Likewise, our continued partnership with the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) highlights the importance of financial education in schools and our mission to increase financial literacy that lasts into adulthood.
