Been a customer of Telhio’s for 8 years now. Katelyn is great. She’s prompt to answer my calls and respond to my business banking questions. Rest of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure my banking is taken care of. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been visiting this branch for over a year now and I'm never disappointed! The employees and customer service are always exceptional. Yesterday, I went in to make a cash deposit and Mr. Cook did a great job of helping me. Some of my bills were crinkled, disorganized, and weren't being read by the counting machine. However, Mr. Cook organized each bill, straitened them out, and was transparent by counting them in front of me. I really appreciated his help and our small talk!

The tellers and bankers are always courteous and very helpful. They have always addressed any issues I have. I would definitely recommend this Telhio CU to anyone.
I recommend this bank, Telhio Credit Union. It's very good. They offer many benefits. Look at the agent, Mario. He's very polite and kind to people, always trying to help without any problems or obstacles. My opinion is very special.
We have used Telhio for years, and prefer to use them for all financial needs. Service has always been top notch but recently, we had exceptional service from Trenda Scott at the Blacklick location. She went above and beyond to help us out, and even followed up to make sure everything was resolved!
