If you’re looking for a great financial TEAM, look no further than the Blacklick branch of Telhio. I had a scheduled appointment and when I entered the branch, there were already 8 people in line. The branch manager “checked me in” and told me that a walk-in came in 15 mins before me….thus my relationship manager was busy, but he would take care of me personally, however, would I mind waiting 5 mins for him to jump onto a tellers position to help alleviate the long line? In the many years I’ve been coming to this branch, sometimes I was that walk-in, thus I gladly said yes. The Blacklick branch team is respective of your time, will guide you towards a your financial goals and will always give you service above and beyond those other banks. 👍 Henry C.

Telhio has excellent customer service. I was in need of funds to get myself home to Florida when I found out my debit card was used fraudulently. My FAIRWINDS told me where to go and seek assistance. Trenda and Mario Martelino did not give up until I walked out of the bank with the funds I requested to be able to return home. If everyone cared the way these two worked with me, and took the time to resolve my situation, the world would benefit. Kudos to both of you!!

We needed to access our account to take care of some complicated and important details today. We did not have an appointment but Letisha Lewis was very courteous and helped us effectively resolve our issues with as little trouble as possible. I was surprised to learn they are a new employee because they provided such excellent service and seemed very knowledgeable. Well done Latisha Lewis!

I've been visiting this branch for over a year now and I'm never disappointed! The employees and customer service are always exceptional. Yesterday, I went in to make a cash deposit and Mr. Cook did a great job of helping me. Some of my bills were crinkled, disorganized, and weren't being read by the counting machine. However, Mr. Cook organized each bill, straitened them out, and was transparent by counting them in front of me. I really appreciated his help and our small talk!

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes, but when we worked with Mario at Broad St location, we forgot inconvenience. He is truly an asset to Telhio. Answered all of our concerns, fixed a discrepancy in our personal records and was so knowledgeable. We left with info for which we came, also with his personal phone#, so as not to go thru initial phone rigamoroll in future. Much appreciated, Mario!!
