How Telhio Responds To Data Breaches

Recent media reports have indicated concerns regarding a data breach of several national retailers.  In the event that your card may have been compromised, Telhio will contact you via an automated message containing further instruction.

During these critical instances, it is even more important that we have your appropriate contact information.  You may verify that we have this information by logging into Online Banking. Choose Update Personal Information, located under the Options Tab.

Your information is safe and secure with Telhio. In the event of a retailer data breach, Telhio monitors member information very carefully, working with VISA to directly obtain a list of impacted members. We then proactively and immediately contact affected members and discuss their account security options.  Additionally, we offer identity theft shield to help you with the financial implications should you become a victim of fraud.


Please remember, that you can monitor your account 24/7 via Online Banking, our automated phone system, and via the Telhio Mobile App.
