Monthly Statement Update

We are excited to announce we have moved to a new statement provider effective today, June 2, 2025. During this transition you may experience a brief disruption for several hours in accessing statements through online banking. This change will introduce an enhanced statement format to better serve our members. The new format will provide clearer and more comprehensive information about your account details. These updated statements will be reflected beginning in your monthly May statement.

For members with a Telhio loan, please note that beginning in June you will receive two separate statements: one statement for your deposit accounts and one statement for your loan accounts. Moving forward loan statements and deposit account statements will now be separate.

*No action is required to receive the new statement format.
