I've banked with telhio for 5+ years and have typically loved working with this bank. Josh Larsen at this branch is why I'm not pulling my mortgage and all accounts out of telhio. I've been dealing with a homeowners claim and working with the Morse Rd branch. Working with the manager there left a lot to be desired- lack of expertise, forgetting to forward my documentation to appropriate departments, not responding to emails, and at our last encounter he insulted my employer. Today, I was prepared to finish the last of the claim and then leave telhio. I went to the Worthington branch because I'm done working with the Morse branch. Josh was professional, knew exactly what to do, what departments to work with, and had everything wrapped up in less than 10 minutes. I can't thank him enough for making this a seamless experience!

I can’t remember the name but I believe it was the manager named Lee and had help from Jordan setting up my loan. Was a little dissappointed with the way some things played out at first but they both stepped in and fixed it and were very professional and went above and beyond to make it better, highly recommend this bank!
