52 Week Savings Plan

Saving money isn't easy, but pulling ourselves out of the costs of car repairs and water heater flubs is even harder.  We never know what emergencies, destination weddings, or new expenses will come up, so we want you to have a nest-egg ready, just in case.  Try the 52 Week Savings Plan.

Each week of your pay, increase the amount of money you save by just $1.00.  You'll have $1378 by the end of the 52 weeks.  Are you paid bi-weekly?  Start Week 1 with $3, and each pay period, increase the amount you save by $4.00. [example: Week 2, save $7; week 3, save $11].

If you find its really difficult to save, rip the bandage off early and try doing the plan backwards; start with $52.00 and work your way down to a buck.  By the end, you'll be saving like a pro. Share this with your friends and family, and you can take a nice vacation together by next year!
