Park Avenue Hamilton Ohio! Excellent service! Amirah Durete was very easy to work with! Definitely an asset to Telhio. Excellent employee.
Went well! A guy named J.R. Stanley assisted me with my visit today, and it went amazingly well. I am a new member and I was helped in the best way possible. There was also a woman working the orange “Member Services” desk, who was working hard to give everyone the best service possible!
Jen Ashcraft was pleasant and knowledgeable even with recent technology upgrades which caused significant delays, she was able to navigate her way through while providing top-notch service. Thank you! PS... the IT infrastructure team needs to think through upgrades and the end user experience...

Jenni was very knowledgeable and efficient. I went in knowing what I wanted to happen but wasn't sure it was possible. Jenni asked the right questions to make things easy for me to leave with the everything I wanted and more. Great job and Kudos to Jenni! Highly recommend.
Very polite, friendly and considerate employees. Very attentive and helpful whenever I require assistance which unfortunately is way too often. LOL.
