Asia is super polite and kind! She was very professional and helpful. She quickly solved my issue in a timely manner. Asia would not let me leave until she was 100% satisfied and that my problem was solved. It is rare to find an employee who takes customer service seriously. I had an extremely pleasant visit to the Telhio Branch on Polaris Parkway.

Huge shout out to both Danielle and Keke for hooking me up today! I normally hit up the Hamilton Rd. location, however, today, they've got some street upgrades going on and it didn't look super easy to get to so I made the change to hit up Polaris which is also a really great option. Danielle and Keke were super efficient, very professional, made the quick trip an easy one and I'm grateful I was able to complete my transaction flawlessly! In addition, the Polaris location is super clean, easy to navigate and a nice change of pace. Thank you both for helping me out today and keep up the excellent partnership with your members! I was at the Polaris branch conducting business and inquired about a particular service. I was invited to join Kristoff in one of the offices and he proceeded to review my account. He explained thoroughly my options. He even went above and beyond by reimbursing me for an error I had inadvertently made by mistake, which alleviated my situation to a degree. Asia is truly the definition of customer service. Patiently explaining the step by step process of opening a bank account and working through to ensure the process is completed thoroughly even during busy lunch hours. This truly makes Telhio the difference with other bigger banks. Also quick to identify challenges and resolve them.
